Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give us a minimum of 24 hours notice. This allows other guests to book an appointment during this time slot. Any appointments that are cancelled within less than 24 hours are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost. Any no shows are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the service cost.
